| IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LORDS COACHES | 04.09.2010 |
| I managed to drop my laptop this morning and my hard drive is kaput; I hope I have a backup at work, but I was unable to check today. I have lost the list of seat reservations and phone numbers for each coach. So, if I could ask you all to email me, call me or Facebook me again, that would be most appreciated.
The timetables for the buses will be published before the weekend is out. We also don't quite have the allocation of tickets we were promised, so not everyone who has been promised will get a free entry to Lord's now. We will come up with some method of fair distribution to share them on the coaches to spread the benefits. Apologies for this. I appreciate not everyone has the internet so if you are aware of anyone who is going on the coach who might not see this notice, please pass on the information. Finally, as I write this, there are 7 Days, 14 Hours, 46 Minutes and 44 Seconds until play starts at Lord's! | |

| The Witney Bus IS FULL The Milton Bus has ONE space The Carterton/Minster/Bampton Bus has THREE spaces One Shipton Coach is Full; we have put on an extra Coach from Shipton which currently has 21 spaces Don't be put off if you were hoping for one of the buses which are now full. Please let us know you want to go and we will see if we can accommodate you all, but we need to know ASAP, preferably by the end of Sunday so we can make the appropriate arrangements. I would also like to repeat that the free passes into Lord's have run out. | |

| The Milton coach has only 1 seat left; we are however looking at putting a 2nd coach on at Shipton which has a further 37 spare seats. Book now to avoid disappointment. | |

| The bad news is that unfortunately all free passes into Lord's for coaches have now been allocated, so if you are yet to book your seat, you WILL need to pay to get into Lord's. | |
